The decision behind all of it. Money is never inferred by a language model. Totals, VAT, dates and invoice numbers are parsed deterministically and checked with arithmetic — so a figure that does not add up is reported, never quietly written into your books. Every field carries a confidence score, and confidence decides the behaviour: certain invoices file silently, uncertain ones produce a single message containing every question at once. That is what makes the difference between a system your team trusts in month three and one they have quietly stopped using.
